A big day! We were at Vanderbilt Hospital by 7, Genevieve was born at 10:24 in a C-section that went very well. She weighed 9 lbs, 1 oz, and has been very alert but not too troublesome, yet. She has been a first-rate feeder, like her big sister, and is cooperating well with her Mom.

Gabby has been taking care of Valerie for us; they came up to visit, and Valerie was very good about taking proper care of her baby sister.
