We need to move closer to Vanderbilt, so we're putting our house up for sale. It's a captivating cottage in Bellevue: two bedrooms, one bathroom, recently renovated, and in great shape. It's around 1200 square feet, plus an attic for storage; the location is right by Percy Warner Park, and it feels very rustic, with the train running nearby.

Its charm stole our hearts, and you may feel the same way, once you see it. Although these pictures are not very good, they can at least give you some idea of what the house looks like. The yard is large and pretty, the trees are beautiful, the house is cute and well laid-out (even if you can't tell it from this page).
